The construction of a 14-storey building, which is the first stage of a five-star hotel “Kempinski Hotel Badamdar” in the city of Baku, has been completed. The project includes 23 suit-rooms (50 to 60 m2), 23 joint rooms (60 to 70 m2), 210 standard rooms (20 to 45,5 m2), 4 King suite rooms (46 to 85 m2). The building provides for a restaurant that can admit 180 people, a lobby consisting of a reception and a bar, 3 conference halls, a parking garage for 74 cars, a SPA centre with then area of 3165 m2 which accommodates a beauty salon, massage parlours, a recreation hall, a hammam, a fitness club, an indoor swimming-pool.
