The construction of a Pharmacological factory

In January 2011 URBEK Construction Company started excavation works at a facility “Pharmacological factory in the city of Baku of the Republic of Azerbaijan” that consists of three buildings:
1. A four-storey hotel block with the building landing area of 900 m2.
2. An office block of three floors with the building landing area of 650 m2.
3. A production block of the factory the basement floor of which is to accommodate manufacturing departments, and the upper floors – office premises. The landing area of the production block is 7680 m2.
The works performed by the company include the site improvement, development of a boiler room, cisterns, construction of a car park for 90cars, a car park for large vehicles, installation of a system of large vehicles unloading. The total area of the construction site is 18000 m2.
