Kempinski opens first hotel in Baku

The construction of second stage of the five-star ”Kempinski Hotel Badamdar” in the Baku city is completed.
The second stage represents a 14-storey building the ground and basement floors of which contain a restaurant that can admit 232 people (≈680 m2), a bar, a lobby (≈680 m2), a banquet room that can admit 590 people (≈866 m2), a conference hall that can admit 530 people (≈660 m2), a parking garage for 52 cars. The 2 and 3 floors provide for 15 conference halls, 6 offices, 2 kitchens. Luxury apartments are located on 8-14 floors.

The construction of a 14-storey building, which is the first stage of a five-star hotel "Kempinski Hotel Badamdar" in the city of Baku, has been completed. The project includes 23 suit-rooms (50 to 60 m2), 23 joint rooms (60 to 70 m2), 210 standard rooms (20 to 45,5 m2), 4 King suite rooms (46 to 85 m2). The building provides for a restaurant that can admit 180 people, a lobby consisting of a reception and a bar, 3 conference halls, a parking garage for 74 cars, a SPA centre with then area of 3165 m2 which accommodates a beauty salon, massage parlours, a recreation hall, a hammam, a fitness club, an indoor swimming-pool.
