Commissioning of Concrete Plant — «Urbek Concrete»

We are proud to inform you that we commissioned our concrete plant — «Urbek Concrete», at the beginning of October, 2007.
The plant is equipped with ELBA machinery (Germany), and it completely corresponds all modern standards. «Urbek Concrete» is capable to produce 105 cubometers of high-quality concrete per hour.
The plant's capacity totals 105 cubometers of concrete per hour.
It's necessary to mention, that Urbek's concrete plants have got such advantages as wasteless of technology and environmental friendliness. All cement silos are equipped with exhaust filters. The most powerful filter with forced air exhaust (and with productivity 100 cubometers of concrete per hour) is set above the mixer. Aggregates for the utilization of concrete waste materials can be found in delivery set.
The washing-out of mixers (in the territory of plant) will be carried with 100% utilization of waste materials, and this process will be possible due to the system of recycling, which ensures completely wasteless production. Four-meter sound-resistant fence is raised around the unit.
Our clients will benefit due to operating of concrete plant, because the terms of projects' commissioning will be reduced.
