After the successful completion of the construction of a luxury hospital in the city of Baku (Azerbaijan) with laboratories, X-ray rooms, a computer-aided tomography department, a donor centre, a US room, endoscopy and lithotripsy rooms, 18 outpatient departments, admission departments, surgery and resuscitation departments, a conference hall that can seat 80 people, a conference hall that can seat 12 people, an Internet club that can admit 40 people, cafeterias that can admit 60 people, URBEK Construction Company is implementing the construction of a five-star hotel “Badamdar” with the total area of 85000 m2, The construction has been divided into three stages:
The building which is the 1st stage as of today is considered completed with the exception of furniture assembly. At the 2nd stage finishing works are to be performed, and the 3rd stage is the construction of a frame. The complex includes 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball ground, a hotel, 2 large and 2 small restaurants of ethnic cuisine, a banquet room, a conference hall, a conference room, office premises, residences, a SPA centre, a skating-rink, a bowling, indoor and outdoor swimming-pools, a parking garage and an outdoor car park, shops, an amphitheatre. It has been planned to build a football pitch on the ground in front of the building rear facade.
